FEED LAB

  1. The lab employs cutting-edge equipment to conduct sampling of raw materials and finished goods.
  2. The Brooker FT NIR Tango Machine & FOSS NIR machine is utilized for testing feed samples as well as raw materials.
  3. Within the lab, there is a dedicated microbiology section for calculating total bacterial count, total variable count, E. Coli count, Salmonella count, Fungal count, and conducting Hatchery monitoring tests.

SOYA PLANT LAB

  1. The NIR Machine (FOSS make) is utilized to sample both raw materials and finished goods.
  2. A seed screening machine is employed to screen soybean seeds within the lab.
  3. Control samples of soybean seeds, oil cake, and oil are sealed and stored in compliance with the prescribed norms.
  4. Additionally, all our products undergo regular testing in a GMP+ BA-100 certified laboratory.
