Since childhood he is familiar with rural farmer’s lifestyle as originally from Agriculture farmer family as Native from Kakane, a small village located in Kalwan Taluka, Nashik District in Maharashtra just adjacent to Saputara. With a great ambition of Eco social rural engineering, he started small Poultry farm of 3500 Birds at Kalwan MIDC.
Since beginning being a well planner, self disciplined, very confident, always learner by various book reading, attending seminars, study tours and innovative nature, supported in ANAND AGRO groups steady and fast growth.
With a vision of rural engineering by supporting drought area rural farmers economy started contract broiler farming, feed mill, corn collection from local farmers etc. through which tried rural farmers welfare and their economic stability.
In short his vision is “together we prosper” through rural engineering.

Having same rural back ground and very familiar with farmer’s lifestyle, and believing in familiar and healthy working atmosphere in organization, her support in crisis is remarkable and value adding in company stability and growth.
Very keen manpower issues and believes in renovation rather than cutting, and major reason of less attrition rate in company proving emotional attachment and loyalty of team.
She is more focused on charity and is major reason ANAND AGRO has more well wishers within and outside.

Basically from farming family and professionally civil Engineer, a very
energetic and hard working personality, with his vast experience he is
managing feed mill operations, civil construction, corn procurement,
inventory management and social dealings well efficiently.
He is utilizing his expert in standard asset formation of company and
supporting in business expansion.
He is very polite towards local farmers and his team. He is flexible and
delegating nature personality but same time stiff too.

Has started his career as Excise clerk & gradually got promoted as Officer, Manager, Dy. General Manager, and a General Manager leading and managing a team of professionals, including Accounts & Finance, Objective Setting, Performance Management, Development and Training.
